techgirl, you can go online & register as a member, but actually I think you have to fax in a form - think they need 24-hours advance notice. I did this (didn't work for me, but did for others), and so think I talked my way to the front entrance to find out what happened to the membership app & then they did it there.

The Hard Rock Casino is NOT connected to Hard Rock Cafe (ie, different locations), does have gambling & stays open until 4am. You can bring up to 6 guests w/ you. I'm not really a gambler; I registered as member to get the folk in from the London Mega-Do since the pubs close so early.
