Too funny, let's boycott DBS even though Citi was the first to lower its redemption ratio? Citi used to give 1.6 for higher spend, but they chickened out and are back down to 1.2.
DBS now gives 1.2 for first 2k spend (used to be for first 1k), and then 1.6 thereafter.
Citi will only be competitive if you don't spend a lot on your CC (under 2-2.5k), otherwise they will lose out to DBS each time. You want to promote Citi? Let's see them raise their ratio to what it was before.
