My wife and I are lifetime Red Carpet Club members - are cards have our old numbers on them - when will new cards with the new numbers be issued - anyone know?

I lost my seat assignment on an international upgrade to First - also it tells me there has been a change to my reservation and I must call to talk to an agent - tried to call - was on hold for 2 hours and then hung up. No idea what do do now.
