Ok, lala(and taller half), wingnut, skydiver, and i did a dry run last saturday when we were in london.

location for dinner on the 14th is dom luigi's! i have the menu to post, but it will have to wait a few days.

i'm just back from new zealand, london & leave for portland on thurs (back sun) & if i don't do some work for clients this week before i leave then i'm going to be in deep doo-doo, so i'll try to post by thurs. but if not, guarantee details on monday or tues of next week at the latest & will update the confirmed list, etc.

(ps if anyone wants to post where they're staying i can try to update that too. i might put together a spreadsheet if i have time of flights/hotels, etc) & email to folk.

dinner is at 6:30pm sat (valentine's day eve) at dom luigi's.

activities before on sat can be whatever you want - whether it's museums, high tea, ye grapes (wingnut & i will figure out a time for that soon), theatre matinees, etc. if you're interested in doing something particular, post it so that others can say they'll join or not.

right now there's nothing formal set up for fri eve (although those in town in time that want to do dim sum lunch can do that w/ swanhunter) & you all can touch base w/ lala re: possible sunday activities. i'm going to bafta's but that might not be 'til later in day, so i might be able to meet up on sun earlier.
