It's understandable that there are long wait times today. I had to wait 45 minutes, and was willing to do so as I scored a much desired award I'd been seeking for a couple months. The agent was from the Dearborn office, and had come in to help on her day off. She had a great attitude, but it was as if she was being forced to work in French today when she was fluent in Spanish. Things that she knew very well on the UA system she was having to learn fresh on the CO system. She told me she chose to work today both to help and to get her skills up for Monday when she works her regular shift.
