Do the UA perks not stack on top of Elite perks like the AmEx Delta cards? I'm a lowly FO with Delta yet my AmEx Plat card adds another free bag to my Elite allowance. So, I get 2 bags free along with up to 9 peeps traveling with me, even on different PNR's.
