I am a One World Ruby (CX Silver) and have decided to start crediting all my miles to AA because of various reasons. Right now I have no status with AA.

I have an upcoming trip where I have to check bags. Do you guys have any idea how I can avoid the check bag fees? (and possibly getting priority access? )
