Just booked and ticketed a one-way ticket LAX-NRT-BKK, all a single fare and single connection. Also space was avail and so the UPGs confirmed. As it should, united.com said it would deduct 1 GPU for this but instead deducted 2!. Suggest all double check their accounts when using upgrades.

According to MP, only reserv can fix this before travel. MP can fix, but only 3+ days after travel occurred.
