Hm. If it's any help, edofithaca, I was recently (a couple of weeks ago) in a similar situation at EWR (also awaiting a flight to ITH), but on Continental. The desk staff at the club kept a watch on the situation for me and told me when the flight was arriving at the gate and when to go down there.
