It's such a dated track and when your on hold (when your advised to do it all on ba.com..when it works) it just increases my irritation ten fold. I was told its the internal hold music too so the poor staff must be at wits end.

It's one of the major aspects of the brand that needs changing. It's the 'sound of BA' and it harks back to the bad old days of the legacy carrier domination
