Searching on the KE website is not a good route to use other carriers' miles, as KE makes more seats available to SkyPass members than partners. You also need KE miles to search. Unfortunately, ExpertFlyer is not showing most KE business award inventory right now. It seems only to appear on intra-Asian routes.

I should also note, in case the OP is thinking about combining SkyPass and DL miles that you can't do that. All the miles have to come from one program.
