Sorry. The only UA planes currently equipped with wifi are those used for p.s. (JFK-SFO/LAX) and a lone non-p.s. 757. If you'd like wifi, consider flying AS (I believe they have wifi fleet wide and they have a perimeter rule exception for DCA-LAX) or connecting on AA/DL.
