- Advised that i need to pay 150 cash at an airport counter (not good, im in the UK and i cannot be bothered to go all the way to heathrow)

- Advised that as i am in the UK, no need for 150 cash change fee (sounds better)

- Advised that cancellation over phone does not mean cancellation, it just means that they release my seat. (whats the point of waiting 30 minutes on the phone for that!)

- Advised that i can reinstate the ticket for 150RS whenever i want as long as the route stays the same as currently i have a ticket but no confirmed seat. (ok, thats good, i can travel if i change my mind)

- advised that 150Rs may NOT apply as i am in UK (whoopee, no fee!)

- advised that to get my 2000RS taxes and fees i have to go to airport counter(..., are you serious!)

- Advised that to get a refund on my card, i have to pay £4.50 for the pleasure (no problem but why can't they just deduct 4.50 from the refund?)

- Advised that the agents name was Lisa and i should have a great day and thanking me for calling Jet Airways (go Eff yourself, i only called you because your website is crap!)

What a palava!
Ouch. Sounds like JetChild was making it up as the conversation went along!

What did you end up doing?
