Back in 2004 I achieved Silver in 8 weeks from 0 TPs - but it cost over £13000 to get there - 8 x CE returns LHR-DME when J only earned 80 TPs per return and cost £1700 a pop.. It must have been the most expensive Silver Card ever... With sale fares you could probably get 3000TPs for that money if you were clever... I managed 640
