I can't find where to do this on the AP website, where do you do this?

Also, in regards to an overflowing mailbox I have one of those big mail lockboxes at my condo complex, it can hold many months of mail (and it commonly does). Unfortunately, I have the key with me so I can't get anybody to pick up my AP package...
