In my limited experience with citi cards, I haven't had any success "converting" a card, and as far as I know, they don't allow you to transfer credit lines. Although, there have been some reports otherwise. You could always give them a call and see what they can do for you. I don't see any reason they wouldn't...there's no real detriment to Citi for it.
