How was this site discovered? The OP mentions that it "seems" to need a passcode, which implies the OP didn't get an email (with the passcode).

That brings up the question: Has anyone gotten the email with the passcode, or could this splash page be the only thing of the promotion that's active so far?

I was told about the yougetmiles.com site when I called to ask Cap1 CSR if the promotion was coming back this year. She confirmed that the promotion starts on March 7th, 2012. So yeah, let's wait and see to see if there might be further details provided later on.
