How about the St. Regis Monarch Beach, or the Westin Diplomat? You could do the 5th night free at St Regis for 80k points, or the Westin Diplomat for only 48,000 using 5th night free. I prefer the St. Regis for sure, but for half the points, the Westin Diplomat is very nice.

Also, I was originally going to suggest the Phonecian before you mentioned that you stayed there. I really love that property.
