This article got me thinking about my last YYC LHR in-flight experience where I sat in 11K on the A330. Even with earplugs I couldn't get to sleep after the meal service. There were 3 FAs in the galley with the curtains left wide open chatting like they were at a tupperware party mid-afternoon - they were joined by another off-duty staff member who was seated in row 12. They were so loud that finally a woman from the forward cabin came back and said something to them and then they closed the curtains (but kept on chatting).

I'm extremely vocal when this happens: Muzzle it!
