Second, this site doesn't look ready for prime time yet. For example, neither the FAQ nor the Rules links (which might theoritically answer some of the quesitons being posed here) work (they just loop back to the splash page).

How was this site discovered? The OP mentions that it "seems" to need a passcode, which implies the OP didn't get an email (with the passcode).

That brings up the question: Has anyone gotten the email with the passcode, or could this splash page be the only thing of the promotion that's active so far?
