Best Preferred Seat on the 767-300ER
I am flying YYZ-ZRH/LHR-YYZ with both flights on the 767-300ER and want to pay extra for a "preferred" seat. I see Row 12 as a bulkhead and 18/19 as exit. I am assuming 18 is bad because it won't recline?

Between 19C and 12D which has better legroom?
