I'm a fairly frequent Long Haul traveller from T5 but have only once managed to book a treatment at the Elemis Spa in T5. Even then the timings were so tight that I asked for a slightly shortened treatment.

A few weeks ago I was connecting through T5 with around 3 and a half hours spare so thought I would easily find a slot but again it was fully booked.

Have I been unlucky or do others find this to be the case? (I'm usually through customs and in the lounge 2 hours before departure)
