I've been PC for 3-4 years. A couple of years ago, I used to get upgrades. Caddies, Lexus, Infiniti, Mustangs, Camaro's etc. Didn't see anything like that (OK -- in one case a LE was out of cars and gave me an Infiniti because they didn't have anything else).

In the past year, upgrades have been silly and certainly aren't one class. How is an Altima an upgrade from a Malibu? (it's actually a class down on their website) Or a Sonata or Rav4? Oh sir.. the car has satellite radio so that's an upgrade.

With the Gold Choice program, half the time the Malibu is in my spot, which is now much farther away.

If I wanted to spend a half hour at a counter ... I wouldn't be in the Gold program.
