My mom just recently got Amex Gold premier 75k. She is also targeted for Amex Blue 37500 points (~500$). Should she apply for Amex Blue? I do not know if Amex allows 2 personal credit cards within a month? For chase, this is usually not. I do not know if the offer 37500 points is good for a no-annual fee card this type? Is this the best offer for this type all year around? Thanks.
