Malaysia Airlines have their own lounge in LHR that have a separate F and J section. I don't think the F side is any different except that it's separated and may have more food options. The lounge is a new one that was built when they moved into T4. It's a very nice lounge with lovely views of the tarmac, so it's well worth going to. I'm not sure if any other airlines use it though.
