Depends on the state you live in (I'm in MO). But in my Case Hertz will send a bill to my Insurance company including loss of use, Admin. Charge, & demished value but they will not pay those extra fees and then hertz send me a bill just for my deductible.

Hertz legally can not charge you for loss of use unless they can prove they had nothing else on their lot to rent during the time it is repaired.
