I have PC and have found it is mostly useful at the airport locations. When I was renting SUVs from the airport for my last job I always tried to get my favorite, the Xterra and they usually had one for me. The last airport I rented a standard car and showed up and my name had a star next to it on the board. It informed me to go to the counter. I was frustrated only for a second because the nice lady at the counter said I get my pick of anything they had available (and at the same standard car rate) because all the standard cars were gone. I got a convertible. They also had an Escalade which I turned down as I didn't want to spend a lot on gas.
