Try to shoot for a travel package!! I think they start at 270K, so if you earn an additional 20K you can buy 50K and get a certificate for a 7-night stay plus you ll get the miles you need to fly there!!
They actually start at 200k for a Cat 1-5 redemption and 50k miles. The best value, though, is to redeem for hotel stay + 120k miles.
