In ET these are rows up to row 8 or 9. Plus they also often block off the 2 back rows on the DEF side for travelling minors. I believe in CE this is row 1 - but I can't remember correctly.

For all cabins that have a cot seat in WT & WT+ & CW - these are blocked off till t-72 as are the seat next to them. If you have status, all UD seats are available from the moment you book your ticket.

I'm sure I've probably missed off seats that are blanked off for crew but I don't believe they are ever available
