Firstly, welcome to Flyertalk!

Are you saying that the error occurred after you booked online through BA.com? I find it hard to understand how the flights could be wrong if they were correct when you input them, confirmed they were correct and paid? Did you not receive a booking receipt by email immediately after the booking was made? If so were they correct then and changed by BA later?
