Hello there!

I have a touch over 200,000 points to burn so I've been looking into properties in Thailand. When I look at a few properties, I am seeing no more than .8 cents per point. This certainly seems a lot lower than Hyatt, where I have got around 2 cents value.

Is there a key towards maximizing the value I get, or this is par for the course? I'm not complaining per se, but really interested to know if Marriott points really have much less value.

When redeeming for award nights, do you guys have certain you try to get out of each point?
