No way to fix it ... it's the back bumper, where it wraps around to the right rear tire. Its like the screws or clips or whatever was supposed to be there holding it in place either gave way, or weren't there.

The storm (to the other poster) was high winds, T-storms near where tornadoes dropped down earlier today in Nebraska. Experienced 60mph winds, rain, lightning, tornadoes, etc. Nasty stuff, and not expected in February. Absolutely no contact with "stuff", other cars, etc.

The claim won't kill me ... but I hate to file a claim when I have an otherwise "perfect" driving record (no accidents, claims, tickets). I also hate to spend $500 fixing someone elses car ... when I did nothing wrong.
