Hilton doesn't give you points or stay credit for stays booked through a third party site. I'm not sure about the others. With Hilton, I am pretty sure you still get your onsite benefits though like the free internet and breakfast (not sure about the bonus points).

If you are still a Hilton Diamond, I would just book my stays with Hilton. I know you can't doubledip with WN anymore, but a MVP rate probably would be cheaper than booking on southwest.com and if your flight is messed up, the diamond desk will probably get the cancel penalty waived and you are probably going to be better protected against being walked if the hotel is sold out (not sure if you get the $200 walking $ if you are walked from a third party booking or not).
