I can't figure it out anymore. I was charged the annual fee in April of 2011 and just received a companion cert on 2/17 of this year. I don't know if it took 10 months or if this is in advance of my annual fee that will bill in April of 2012. Regardless, it just appeared in my account online in my discount codes and also shows up in the mileage activity log.
