If you are open to broadening your list of options in HK, I second others' recommendations of the MOHK, which is my personal favorite for location, buzzy atmosphere, service and the gorgeous spa. Another possibility that provides a different luxury experience is the Upper House at Pacific Place. It is worth considering where you want to be based, Kowloon-side or HK-side. As my recommendations suggest, I prefer to be HK-side and commute to Kowloon if necessary.
