Well, in reading the website, you are absolutely right. So I called UA back again and quoted the section you referred to and asked them to clarify. After being on hold for about 3 minutes, the res agent came back and apologetically told me that the truth is that they don't know the right answer. She said the best thing she could advise was to call back after March 3 and ask. She said she had called a supervisor and the support desk and no one could give her a definitive answer. Truly unbelieveable.
