ANA and continental.com both normally work. I've found agents have been able to see everything that those flights show lately. (Very little evidence of StarNet blocking anymore). If you have problem with one agent, call again and get another.

Thanks so much Chris! Also this may be silly, but I should be able to use my mileage account to book tickets for others, right? meaning the passengers names are different from the mileage account holder's name.
Just want to cover my bases here. I somehow feel like I am stealing their tickets when those agents keep asking me questions...
