JetPrivilege = poo poo.
I am trying to cancel a reward ticket but when i click on cancel using the website, i get a lovely message stating that i cannot do it online and to send a message to
[email protected]. Email has been sent but a week later, no acknowledgement or no cancellation and absolutely no idea on how to get Jet to cancel.
Will a call to the call centre suffice? (been meaning to but was busy at work last 2 weeks)
