Missing continental miles on Virgin flights
I had taken flight to BOM on Virgin flights back in November with my continental onepass number listed on the itinerary. Miles didn't posted on my account for 3 out of 4 legs of the trip.
I emailed itinerary and boarding passes on Dec 29th and received email in couple weeks confirming miles will post in 14 days. Since than miles have not posted so i have contacted twice but have got no response so far.
I just want to know what else I can do to get miles credited. Any advice?
