I agree...I hate them and make them number 1 on my hate list. They seem to be on the increase in some of the chain hotels. From now on I shall refuse to stay in a hotel unless they can guarantee me a room without one.
Also agree with the noisy slamming door locks....number 2 on my hate list. Most other things I can handle.
