But, if all you want is to transfer to another SPG account, just do it within the SPG level. 2 SPG accounts that has the same address for 30 days or more can submit the transfer online on the SPG web site yourself.

- Login at www.spg.com
- under "StarpointsŪ Awards", click "Redeem/Transfer Starpoints"
- last option "Transfer to Another Member", click "Transfer Form >" link
