I'm not sure if this has been posted here or not, but I noticed last Friday when I returned to PHL, and today when I left PHL that the restrooms in the main corridors of terminals B and C are closed for renovations. You have to either use the restrooms near the exit by TSA or in the "shorter" end hallways in each terminal.

Considering how disgusting the woman's room in both terminals were, this is a welcome development.
