It is available, but very rarely - I have stayed at the place over a dozen times, and only once was I ever offered the car to go somewhere (even after asking on different occasions). I have been told that it is just a hard thing to get at peak times, which seem to be most of the time. Or I am just not deemed worthy of the 5 mi transfer in a luxury car.
