Well, although there are exceptions, traveling and paying for First Class does not give anybody the privelage to boarding a plane late and delaying other passengers. Although, it is definetly frustrating missing a flight, its still not their fault not allowing you in. Well, sort of, since there was a technical fault with the plane; but gates close 20 minutes prior to departure.

But at least there was another flight 5 hours later to your desintation; so it wasnt that bad.
