He's probably referring to the Regional Collection Point just behind Long-Term Parking and the Rental Car area. I'm familiar with this because it's where I go to drop off my taxes every April 15th(Yes, I'm one of those). I believe it's more of a postal shipping/receiving terminus for the region that just happens to have a post office attached.
