Hello, have a follow-up question on this...

So if I were to authorize someone to use my Aeroplan account, would they be able to redeem a flight using miles in their own Aeroplan account combined with miles within my account that I've authorized them on?

Basically they don't have enough Aeroplan miles for a booking, so I'm trying to see if they can use some of my miles to complete the redemption without having to pay this extortionate fee for me to transfer them to their account.
