Now that you mention it, not once was I offered the Rolls even though the concierge was giving me directions to several locations within 5 minutes of the hotel on a daily basis, so I very much wonder if this service is readily available....
The only time that I saw the vehicle was when guests were arriving once from the airport.
I did see a Mini that was always parked out front.
