Well, finally I have received some good news.
in fact,
excellent news.
My claim was brought to court and I have won!
Most important is that the Amsterdam court has now ruled 3 times (aug'11, dec'11 and feb'12) that delays give right to claim under the Sturgeon-Condor.
KLM claimed technical issues, but not that they were extraordinary. Hence this point was ignored by the court.
It took 20 months......let's hope KLM will start to follow the law in a more customer friendly way
