Le Vendome does not have a pool but you will be granted access to the pool at Phoenicia (the hotels are like 200 meters apart). There is a 50/50 chance of getting a nice sea view at Le Vendome. I would stick with Phoenicia as rooms with sea views are more plentiful and you will have direct access to the facilities (gym and pool)...
