As you come out of Customs head towards the South End and you will see a lift on your right just before you get to the doors leading to the open air. The lift is signed for the BA Lounge. Go up one level and walk across to the mezzanine level.

The Lounge closes at 14:00 and food disappears about 12:00 ish.
